Underneath

Underneath is a one-of-a-kind contemporary modern wall object by British artist Kate Brett. This unique object consists of seven handmade unglazed porcelain dome shaped elements mounted in a hand painted matt white box frame without glass. The images on the porcelain elements are drawings by the artist herself, complemented with painting techniques. The firing of the porcelain is done after, permanently fixating the graphic images.
