47 Dots VIII

47 Dots VIII is a unique small size contemporary modern paper relief by renowned Polish-Dutch artist Eliza Kopec. This relief is a typical example of her preferred minimalist abstract geometric vocabulary. Carefully cut round paper elements (coloured white on the front and red on the back of the center) are mounted on the inside of the glass panel resulting in an intriguing play of colour and shadows.

This relief is part of a series of 12 different reliefs that were made exclusively for the publication of the artist’s monograph in 2018. It comes in a collector’s box together with a copy of the monograph signed by the artist.
