Entrelacements II is one of a series of two different medium size contemporary modern sculpture painting relief by French-Dutch artist Olivier Julia. The relief is made from wood and finished with a mixture of anthracite grey and bronze acrylic paint . This art work hangs slightly free from the back wall, creating a floating visual experience.
Due to the bronze in the acrylic paint, changing ambient light causes changes in the intensity of the grey colour. Furthermore, different viewing angles result in different relief patterns.
