Merites V

De meest elementaire merites… V (The most elementary merits… V) is a unique small size contemporary modern painting by renowned Polish-Dutch artist Eliza Kopec. The painting is a typical example of her preferred minimalist abstract geometric vocabulary.

Carefully painted straight lines with alternating colors result in a harmonious image without any other pretention than to be a universal example of beauty. The canvas comes in a handpainted grey wooden frame. This specific work is part of a small series of works that have recently been released from the artist’s personal collection.
